Traditional prospecting tools had been tried and tested, but they lacked real intelligence and could not help them navigate the market of many customers.

Traditional lead scoring proved not to be an adequate indicator of good customers, and instead, they lacked data to guide them towards the customers with high deal values, which were likely to be closed and won.

The disruptive SaaS provider tapped into Firmnav AI Cloud, which was fed with CRM data from the disruptive SaaS provider and an AI model was trained on the data.

This enabled the model to predict the LTV, win likelihood, and sales cycle of all potential customers and then prioritize those potential customers with the highest deal value, highest win likelihood, and shortest sales cycle. The AI model was built on data sources from Firmnav and the disruptive SaaS provider.
